PRODUCT FEATURES

  2. Exhibits radiographic quality welds on low carbon & HSLA steels.
  3. Stable arc gives clean, uniform beads, minimum spatters, all position welding capability.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Excellent product for steel contains high Sulphur for improved machinability. Superb moisture resistant coating eliminates the hydrogen embrittment cracking. Ideal for problem steel surfacing as a buffer layer.

PROCEDURE

Ensure proper cleaning of subtract. Maintain short arc gap, remove slag after every bead for multi-pass build ups.
