During a career that spans over four decades, Mr. Prashant Somani, as managing director, leads and determines the strategic direction of the company. With his aptitude for management and finance, he is both a respected leader and an advisor to the company, its portfolio of products and its subsidiaries.
Under his management , Redealli India Private Limited metamorphosed into a conglomerate with a variety of companies under its name. He also helms the company’s latest venture which deals with specialised welding. Under Mr. Somani’s dynamic leadership, the company continues to evolve and diversify. His infallible track record in successful management has rendered him an invaluable asset to the company.

Having devoted over two decades to the company, Mr Dhruv Somani is an integral part of Excel Craft Limited. With a versatile skill-set and acute expertise in management, Mr. Somani is a key decision maker in areas including but not limited to, Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Strategic Management.
Backed by a team of experienced, proficient professionals, Mr. Somani overseas his textile manufacturing and processing business which produces and prints a variety of fabrics for leading exporters and buying houses in the industry. His practical knowledge and ability to adapt has rendered him an indispensable resource to the company.
BUSINESS UNIT HEAD
Mr. Manoj Sharma has done his Post Graduation MS (M.Sc., in Engineering Business Management) from Warwick University, UK. He has over 28 years experience in the field of repair and maintenance welding. He has worked with the top notch Indian and MNC’s like Escorts Ltd, Larson & Tourbo Limited, Bharat Forge Ltd and many others.
He carries a blend of experience in Sales & Marketing along with production management. His expertise includes to take up and execute critical jobs for customers.
CFO
Mr. Rajat Agarwal has over 9 years of vast experience in the field of Finance & Accounts. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
