RECOMMENDATIONS

Especially designed product for restoring sugar mill crusher roller journal dimensions. Suitable for over-laying parts made of low & medium carbon steel for cost saving. Exhibits crack free deposit on multi-pass build ups.

PROCEDURE

Remove fatigue material by machining to provide virgin surface. Use short arc smaller beads to avoid heat concentration. Ideally staggered welding sequence should be followed.
