Good penetration & suitable for dirty and grease cast Iron surfaces. Ideal for joining CI to steel with maximum safety margin. Most suitable for crack-resistant joining, overlaying, build ups and repairing castings blow holes & porosity, made of SG Iron & Nodular CI. Fully machinable deposit.

Crack to remove using Excel Gouge making a U groove. Avoid the excessive heat locally hence skip welding is highly recommended. Remove slag between passes. Allow to cool slowly. Peen lightly to remove stresses.
